We aim to make your delivery experience smooth and transparent. Below are the details regarding delivery, tracking, and returns:
Delivery Timeframes
- Priority Delivery: 4–6 working days
- Standard Delivery: 7–10 working days
Please note these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to seasonal demand, production levels, or shipping service disruptions.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be processed and shipped separately. If part of your order arrives, please allow an additional day or two for the remaining items.
Order Tracking
To track your order, please reach out to our Customer Success Team at support@photoprints.app with your order number. We’re here to assist and ensure your satisfaction.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
- Returns due to customer reasons may be subject to a return fee.
- Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the order date may only qualify for store credit.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, original shipping charges will be refunded.
Important Notes:
- We do not refund return shipping charges.
- Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving your returned order.

- Cancellation requests must be received within 2 hours of placing your order, during business hours.
